Book Online Policy
- Entry to the Kaputar Motel rooms are conditional upon supply of a valid Credit Card. Fees chargeable to the guest accounts include and are not limited to:
- Smoking, room degradation – $150.00 per offence, plus daily room tariff
- Lost or stolen keys $50.00 at the discretion of the Management
- Sorry no pets allowed on premises
- Full terms and conditions are available in the Kaputar Motel Reception or website
- By accessing and using the Kaputar Motel you agree that your access to and use the Kaputar Motel is subject to these terms and conditions
- Every person signing this document and / or actually occupying accommodation, or utilising other services, shall be personally responsible for all charges, this will include any damages to bed mattress, bed linen, floor coverings & curtains
- It is a condition of a guest’s occupancy that the owner / lessee of the premises will not be liable for damage or loss of property brought onto the premises by the occupier of their guests
- Smoking in a room will incur a cleaning fee
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged
- If cancelled later or in case of no show, 100% of the first night will be charged at the discretion of the management
